The rules of Blackjack

The blackjack is a cards game and one of the most popular in Casino. It’s also commonly known as 21 because the blackjack is a total of 21 in the player’s first two cards. It’s an ace and ten valued card.  There is the ancient Pontoon variant. And  there are many other new variations of blackjack games like the Triple shot, Double exposure, Superfun 21/Triple 7s just to name but a few. These variations come about mainly when some players want to add more fun to the game or make it more entertaining.

Some variations are stricter than the others. This is because some have eliminated a few rules while others add more rules. Triple shot for example is a mix of poker, war and blackjack. There is one pack of 52 cards and The dealer hits on soft 17 .The dealer has a soft total of 17.The dealer hits these hands and stands on soft 18 or hard 17 or higher. This when used increases the advantage of the house to the players. Surrender is not always allowed e.g. when a player draws a third card or split or double down, surrender is not an option.

Aces are allowed to split and only one additional card is dealt. Only one card is dealt to a player and dealer each facing up. Hit after splitting is not allowed. The value of cards is the same as the standard blackjack. There is no multi hand.

In variations like Superfun21 or Triple 7, there are eight packs of cards of Super 21 and one park of Super fun 21.Two cards facing up are dealt to the player and one card facing up and one facing down is dealt to the dealer. Dealer hits on soft 17 and splitting is always allowed. Hitting after splitting is allowed and re-splitting is up to four hands. Aces re- splitting is also allowed and surrendering can be an option anytime. Payoff is usually a 1 to 1.
